Cullet price calculator
This calculator can be used to see how much your cullet is worth. To ensure that everyone benefits equally from money4glass, all recyclers on the programme receive the same amount of money for their cullet. What makes the difference is the volume. The scale in the table below is based on quantity – the more tons you collect, the more you can earn. The tonnage is broken into five different volume categories. Every recycler will always be paid the specified amount for the tons falling within a category.

It is important to note that everyone starts from the same base. For the first 30 tons you collect, you will all earn R680.00 per ton. For anything above that, the additional tonnage is paid according to the scale.
As an example: If you have 110 tons: 30 tons is paid @ R680/ton + 70 tons is paid @ R720/ton + 10 tons is paid @ R760/ton.
Also, this is NOT a cumulative scale. At the start of each month, everyone reverts again to the baseline of R680/ton.
